Support

If you have a question about EchoStation, please consult the Help section first.  This is usually the fastest way to get information about installing, configuring, and running EchoStation.  

Also, please check the Troubleshooting FAQ section.

If you think you've discovered a problem with the software, please tell us about it on our Bug Report page.

If you have a question about the software which isn't already answered, or you're having trouble installing it or running it, please fill out the form below.  In most instances, you will receive a reply within 24 hours.  Please be sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly so we can get back to you.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept or place telephone calls.
